Mint = Refreshing

Watermelon Salad = Simple

Cut up a ripe watermelon.

Chop some fresh mint.

Add a little salt.

Simple, juicy, refreshing.

Summer.

I’ve never had a watermelon salad. I know, I’ve missed the best years of my youth. This will be corrected, starting tomorrow. It looks delish and very refreshing
