One of these days I’m going to get some time off! In the meantime I’m continuing to share my posts over at Pig of the Month. Kicking this week off I’ve made a version of Toad in the Hole with a Pig of the Month Duck, Pear and Port sausage and served it up with an Onion, Madeira wine gravy.
